The Fuller Center Bicycle Adventure Travels the West Coast for the next several weeks.

The bicycle group of about 38  cyclists and volunteers embarked from Seattle May 30 and will peddle its way to San Diego, June 28.

Riders arrived in Crescent City The afternoon of June 10, spent the night at the United Methodist Church,  and departed for McKinlsyville, June 11.

This is a fundraiser. The 1700 charity bicycle ride to raise funds and awareness for the Fuller Center for housing efforts to eliminate poverty housing arrives in Crescent City, Tuesday, June 10 after an 83 mile ride from Port Orford. They will stay overnight at the Crescent City Methodist Church, and ride 71 miles to McKinleyville.

Since the first ride in 2008,some 1800 Fuller Center Bicycle Adventure cyclists haberidden more that 1.9 million cumulative miles and raised more than $6.4 million for the Fuller Center for Housing’s mission of helping families have simple, decent places to live through repair work and new home builds

The Fuller Center for Housing was founded in 2005 by Presidential Medal of Freedom honoree Millard Fuller and has earned the highesy-level 4-star rating from Charity Navigator. The non-profit is celebrating its 20th anniversary, this year.
