A deliciously good question: Does CC Diner make the best burger in Del Norte?
• With its great selections of cheese and hamburgers, Crispy Chicken Buffalo wings with a special recipe from Western New York, the rapidly favorite Baconater and a whole slew of delectables, it would be difficult to find a better delectable anywhere in Del Norte.
Owners Shaun Hartman and Herm and Lori King took over Buddy’s Café in 2005 and renamed it CC Diner. Shaun coined his motto, “Making the World a Better Place, one Hamburger at a Time.” It’s catchy… and seems to be quite successful.
Shaun loves Crescent City and reaches out to young folks in offering teens their first employment opportunity. Shaun teaches to Del Norte youth the restaurant and hospitality business. CC Diner is most definitely a positive force in the community and for much of the lunch hour period, it’student standing room only …and his gratitude to both the City, County and all new and regular patrons is profound.
CC Diner has been doing its epicurean best for the last two decades.
