Redwood Parks Conservancy and the National Park Service Trails Crew has launched the 2025 Trail Brushing Events.
Saturday, the event will take place at Lady Bird Johnson Grove and Berry Glen Trails.
Volunteers will help maintain and brush 4.8 miles of scenic trail, removing overgrown vegetation, learing debris and learning about sustainable trail use.
The group will meet at 10am at Elk Meadow Picnic area, 258 Davidson Rd in Orick for a safety talk and orientation on May 31sr.
The two goals of this event will be to improve trail conditions and educate through action.
