At 7:06 a.m., caller reported a suspicious vehicle at Smith River Elementary School on West 1st Street in Smith River.

At 9:32 a.m., caller requested the removal of a subject on Elk Valley Road in Crescent City. Officers were unable to locate the subject.

At 1:30 p.m., officers checked on a pedestrian at Franks Heating and Refridgeration on Northcrest Drive near Crescent City. The subject was moved along.

At 1:56 p.m., caller reported a suspicious subject on Lake Earl Drive in Fort Dick. The subject was moved along.

At 2:34 p.m., caller reported a disturbance at Lucky 7 Fuel Mart on U.S. Highway 101 in Smith River.

At 3 p.m., caller reported vandalism on South Beach in Crescent City.

At 4:26 p.m., caller reported harassment on South Indian Road in Smith River. Officers were unable to make contact.

At 5:19 p.m., caller reported suspicious circumstances at Northcrest Drive and East Madison Avenue in Crescent City. Everything checked out.

At 6:02 p.m., caller reported a suspicious vehicle at East Madion Avenue and Northcrest Drive.

At 8:12 p.m., caller reported a person in a mental health crisis at Sutter Coast Hospital on East Washington Boulevard near Crescent City.

At 8:28 p.m., officers checked on a pedestrian at Walmart on East Washington Boulevard near Crescent City. The subject was moved along.

At 9:10 p.m., caller reported trespassing at Clifford Kamph Campground on U.S. Highway 101 in Smith River. No action was taken.

At 10:58 p.m., caller reported a disturbance on Butte Street in Crescent City. Officers were unable to locate the subject.

At 4:27 p.m., the California Highway Patrol arrested Timothy Michael Baker, 29, at Cummins and O 101. Charges: Prevent/dissuade victim/witness; Attempt to prevent/dissuade victim/witness; Inflict corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant/datng relatnshp - Simple; Contempt of court: violate protective order/etc (2 counts); Obstruct/resist/etc public/peace officer/emergency med tech - Simple; Viol crt ord dom violence.
