Publication & deadlines
When does the Triplicate come out?
The Del Norte Triplicate is published every Friday.
What are the deadlines for letters, legal notices and other submissions?
Letters to the editor, legal notices and other items must reach us by 5 PM on Friday to run in the following Friday’s paper.
For example, something we receive by 5 PM on a Friday runs in the paper one week later. Anything that arrives after the deadline goes into the next week’s edition.
How do I send in a letter to the editor?
Email it to [email protected] by 5 PM Friday to make the following week’s paper.
How do I publish a legal notice?
See Publish a Legal Notice for the types of notices we publish and their rates, then email your notice to [email protected].
The same Friday 5 PM deadline applies. If your notice has to be published by a certain date, send it early so it can make the edition you need.
Can I submit news, announcements or photos?
Yes. Email them to [email protected] by 5 PM Friday. Interested in writing for us regularly? See Write for Us.
Subscriptions & the e-edition
How do I subscribe?
- Go to our Subscribe page to see the plans and prices for print delivery and the e-edition.
- Follow the link to our parent company’s subscription page and pay there securely through PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account; a credit or debit card works.
- Our staff activate your subscription by hand, so allow about one business day.
I already get the paper in print. How do I read it online?
Link your print subscription to a website account, and it unlocks the e-edition too. Sign in (or create an account), then go to Link your subscription and follow the steps. You’ll need your name as it’s printed on your mailing label.
What is the e-edition, and who can read it?
The e-edition is the full printed paper, page for page, to read on your computer, tablet or phone.
This week’s edition is for subscribers: sign in with an account that has an active print or e-edition subscription. Earlier editions and our special publications are free for everyone to read.
I got a renewal notice. How do I pay it?
You can pay renewal notices and other invoices online at Pay Now, through PayPal or with a credit or debit card.
