At 6:05 p.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office arrested Devon Wayne Huffman, 34, in the 100 block of On Ramp From Washington. Charges: Petty theft w/2 or more priors - Shoplifting; Prohibited person own/possess/etc ammunition/etc; Felon/addict/possess/etc firearm; PRCS violation.
