At 10:42 p.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Andrew Tyler Shaw, 29, on Washignton Boulevard. Charges: Shoplifting aftr spec off; Burglary: first degree; Possess unlawful paraphernalia; Possess controlled substance; Shoplifting.
