At 10:14 p.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office arrested Dakota Michael Farra, 31, on Waldo. Charges: Bench warrant/failure to appear on felony charge; Receive/etc known stolen property; Grand theft: money/labor/property - Pocket-picking. Bail was set at $25,000.
At 11:50 p.m., the California Highway Patrol arrested Vianna Vongphachan, 22. Charges: DUI alcohol/0.08 percent; DUI alcohol.
