At 8:59 p.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Brian Allen Rhoades, 28, on H Street. Charges: Possess narcotic controlled substance; Visit where controlled substance used; Possess unlawful paraphernalia; Possess controlled substance; Bench warrant/failure to appear on misdemeanor charge; Give false id to po - False pretenses/swindle/confidence game (2 counts). Bail was set at $10,000.
