At 3:43 p.m., the California Highway Patrol arrested Antoine Nmn Roberson, 40. Charges: Possess destructive device; DUI any drug w/pr; Prohibited person own/possess/etc ammunition/etc; Possess controlled substance. Bail was set at $30,000.
