At 2:30 a.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office arrested Raven Marie Sanderson, 32, in the 100 block of L Street. Charges: Conspiracy: commit crime; Grand theft: money/labor/property - Shoplifting; Possess unlawful paraphernalia.
