At 4:35 a.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Robert Eugene Jr Hall, 43. Charges: Poss cntl sub w/2 or more priors; Possess narcotic controlled substance; Possess unlawful paraphernalia.
At 2 p.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Antoine Nmn Roberson, 40, in the 1300 block of Blk Northcrest. Charges: Disorderly conduct: alcohol.
At 3:35 p.m., the Del Norte County Probation arrested Todd Anthony Beals, 41, on Probation.
