Charges: Bench warrant/failure to appear on felony charge (2 counts); Adw not a firearm on p.o./firefighter: gbi likely - Aggravated; PRCS violation; Evading a peace officer: wrong way driver; Evade peace officer with wanton disregard for safety (2 counts); Driving while license supspended for DUI.
At 10:05 a.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office arrested Rose Mae Alisanette Mendoza, 28, on Powerline Road ( Ruth Compound). Charges: PRCS violation; Bench warrant/failure to appear on felony charge.
At 11:21 a.m., Darrell Wooton, 27 was arrested.
At 11:21 a.m., the California Highway Patrol arrested Perry Philip Acton, 64, at Forrest View Court and Humboldt Road. Charges: DUI alcohol/0.08 percent; DUI alcohol; Fail to provide proof of insurance to peace officer; Registration required; Unlawful to drive unless licensed.
At 3:30 p.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office arrested Seann Patrick Reed, 38, at Lakeview and Lake Earl Drive. Charges: Cause fire w/gbi. Bail was set at $60,000.
At 10:06 p.m., the California Highway Patrol arrested Jose Guadalupe Villalvazo-beltran, 49. Charges: Driving while license supspended for DUI; DUI any drug.
