At 8:28 p.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office arrested Darius Clayton Pottinger, 40, on South Beach. Charges: Battery w/serious bodily injury; Assault w/deadly weapon: not f/arm - Aggravated; Possess unlawful paraphernalia.
