At 10:42 p.m., officers made a traffic stop at Lower Lake Road and Lake Earl Drive in Fort Dick. A warning was given.

At 3:53 a.m., the California Highway Patrol arrested William Edward Schumack, 48. Charges: Driving while license supspended for DUI; Possess controlled substance; Possess unlawful paraphernalia; DUI any drug.
At 9 a.m., Alana Lynn Garcia, 46 was booked into jail by order of Del Norte County Superior Court. Charges: Probation violation: rearrest/revoke.
At 10:30 a.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office arrested Jay Wesley Bates, 43, on General Delivery. Charges: PRCS violation.
At 1 p.m., Carson Anthony Edward Taylor, 19 was booked into jail by order of Del Norte County Superior Court. Charges: Battery: spouse/ex spouse/date/etc - Simple.
At 5:15 p.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Tru Leigh Dewolf, 22. Charges: Desert child under 14 years with intent to abandon.
At 9:15 p.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Alica Jo Thompson, 25. Charges: Theft of prop after prior - Shoplifting; Bench warrant/failure to appear on felony charge; Probation violation: rearrest/revoke (2 counts); Disorderly conduct: toluene - Disorderly conduct; Receive/etc known stolen property; Obstruct/resist/etc public/peace officer/emergency med tech - Simple.
