At 3:33 a.m., the California Highway Patrol arrested joseph Flaherty, 30. Charges: DUI alcohol/0.08 percent; DUI alcohol.
At 11:43 a.m., the National Park Service arrested Dylan Reidel, 33, on Crescent Beach.
At 4:06 p.m., the California Highway Patrol arrested Richard Vaughn Cook, 62. Charges: Possess unlawful paraphernalia; Possess controlled substance; DUI alcohol.
