At 2:10 p.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office arrested Barry Dean Jr Whisenant, 46, on Harrold Street. Charges: Disorderly conduct: intox drug with alcohol.
At 7:15 p.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Sean Madeiros Simao, 36, on 2nd & N Street. Charges: PRCS violation.
