At 12:31 a.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Jordan Alger, 22, on Safeway. Charges: A felony punishable by a term of imprisonment in a county jail (2 counts); Petty theft w/2 or more priors - Shoplifting; Revoke parole; Conspiracy: commit crime; Give false id to po - Impersonation; Shoplifting. Bail was set at $15,000.
At 4:05 a.m., the California Highway Patrol arrested Gonzales Bellows Ramon Armando, 37, on U.S. Highway 101. Charges: DUI alcohol/0.08 percent; DUI alcohol.
At 5:20 a.m., the California Highway Patrol arrested Hursey Valerie Olla, 68, on U.S. Highway 101. Charges: DUI any drug.
