At 3:45 p.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Jason Luther Bighead, 46, on 4th Street. Charges: Disorderly conduct: alcohol.
At 9:20 p.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Julio Cesar Garcia-gamez, 34. Charges: Violation parole: felony.
At 9:25 p.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office arrested Rachel Ann Feldsine, 37. Charges: Inflict corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant/datng relatnshp - Aggravated.
