At 12:35 p.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Steven Jr Wettengel, 19. Charges: DUI alcohol/0.08 percent; DUI alcohol; Fail to appear after written promise; Unlawful to drive unless licensed. Bail was set at $40,000.
At 1:51 p.m., the California Highway Patrol arrested John Kirkland Kubicek, 41, on South Beach. Charges: DUI alcohol/0.08 percent; DUI alcohol.
At 8 p.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Dawn Rachelle Sutton, 63. Charges: Disorderly conduct: alcohol.
