At 6:35 p.m., the California Highway Patrol arrested Burke Michele, 30, on Northcrest Drive. Charges: DUI any drug.
At 6:48 p.m., the California Highway Patrol arrested Steven Michael Brooks, 41, on Benson Street. Charges: Poss cntl sub w/2 or more priors; Possess unlawful paraphernalia; Possess controlled substance.
At 7:55 p.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Shane Sione McDowell, 33. Charges: Tresp inj prop/obstr bus.
At 9:02 p.m., the California Highway Patrol arrested Sarah Sheperd, 44, on Elk Valley. Charges: DUI .08 alcohol: causing bodily injury; DUI alcohol: causing bodily injury (2 counts); Driving under influence 0.08% w/prior convictns: per 23550 VC. Bail was set at $60,000.
