At 1:36 a.m., the California Highway Patrol arrested David Warren Sedgwick, 36, on Wonderstump. Charges: DUI alcohol/0.08 percent; DUI alcohol.
At 8:10 a.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office arrested Samuel Charles-mcewen Hendrickson, 34, on Washington Boulevard Cc. Charges: Possess unlawful paraphernalia; Disorderly conduct: under influence of drug - Disorderly conduct.
At 9:55 a.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Spencer Carl Ansell, 47, at 2nd Street and K Street. Charges: Disorderly conduct: under influence of drug - Disorderly conduct.
At 6:45 p.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office arrested Stephen Graig Shipley, 67. Charges: Assault w/deadly weapon: not f/arm - Aggravated.
At 6:48 p.m., the California Highway Patrol arrested Cody Johnson, 36. Charges: Possess unlawful paraphernalia; Possess controlled substance; DUI any drug.
At 7:20 p.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office arrested Dakota Michael Farra, 31. Charges: Bench warrant/failure to appear on felony charge; Receive/etc known stolen property; Grand theft: money/labor/property - Shoplifting. Bail was set at $70,000.
At 9:30 p.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office arrested Kyle Lee Miller, 45, at Darby and Endert. Charges: Adw with force: possible gbi; Battery against police officer - Simple; Child abuse w/poss gbi/dth - Simple; Inflict corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant/datng relatnshp - Aggravated; Obstruct/resist exec ofcr - Aggravated.
