At 3:29 a.m., the California Highway Patrol arrested Jamie Marie Kennedy, 47. Charges: Use/under influence of controlled substance; Possess unlawful paraphernalia; Possess controlled substance.
At 9:20 a.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office arrested Carl Andre Benion, 60, on 5th Street. Charges: Fail to register/etc: felony sex offender with prior.
At 2:35 p.m., the Del Norte County Probation arrested James Errol Lewis Rhodes, 32, on Walked In By Probation. Charges: Probation violation: rearrest/revoke.
At 5:55 p.m., the Yurok Tribal Police arrested Kaget Puzzy Dowd, 19, on Klamath. Charges: Carry loaded firearm in public under specific circumstances; Carry concealed weapon in vehicle; Bench warrant/failure to appear on felony charge; Bench warrant/failure to appear on misdemeanor charge (2 counts); Drive w/license suspended for drunk/refuse chem te (2 counts). Bail was set at $28,000.
At 6:20 p.m., Louis Night, 27 was booked into jail by order of Del Norte County Superior Court. Charges: DUI alcohol: causing bodily injury (2 counts).
