At 2:40 p.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Paul Edward Herman, 60, on Ccpd. Charges: Fail to register/etc: felony sex offender with prior.
At 8:41 p.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Julio Cesar Garcia-gamez, 34. Charges: Violation parole: felony.
At 9:21 p.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office arrested Teea Leeann Ramsey, 35. Charges: Perjury; Forgery; Claim aid with multiple or false applications - False pretenses/swindle/confidence game; Theft by use of access card information - Credit card/atm.
