At 12:22 p.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office arrested Anthony Michael Allen, 34. Charges: Shoplifting.
At 2:18 p.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested David Scott Merriam, 21. Charges: Send/sell/etc obscene matter depicting minor.
