At 4 p.m., the California Highway Patrol arrested Spencer George Russell, 65, on Smith River Baptist Church. Charges: DUI alcohol/0.08 percent; DUI alcohol.
At 7:10 p.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Jessie Jeoseph Grogan, 51. Charges: Disorderly conduct: intox drug with alcohol - Disorderly conduct.
At 10:45 p.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office arrested Dion Gonzalez-barkley, 31, on Highway 101. Charges: Possess controlled substance; Fail to provide proof of insurance to peace officer; Expired Registration; Vehicles must be equipped with 1 or more stoplamps; Driving when privileges suspended/revoked, other than DUI.
