At 6:10 p.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office arrested Mario Albert Shaffer, 67, at Humboldt and Alpaugtt. Charges: Battery: spouse/ex spouse/date/etc - Simple.
At 9:18 p.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Sean Norbury, 56, on M Street. Charges: DUI alcohol/0.08 percent; DUI alcohol.
