At 5:20 a.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Timothy Cummings, 38, on M. Street. Charges: Shoplifting aftr spec off; Petty theft w/2 or more priors - Shoplifting.
At 5:41 a.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Stacey Erin Nelson, 44. Charges: Trespas: refuse leave prop; Shoplifting.
At 8:37 a.m., the California Highway Patrol arrested Ryan Daniel Fletcher, 34, on South Beach. Charges: Bench warrant/failure to appear on misdemeanor charge; Possess narcotic controlled substance. Bail was set at $10,000.
At 1 p.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office arrested Carrie Lynn Palmer, 48. Charges: Prohibited person own/possess/etc ammunition/etc; Felon/addict/possess/etc firearm; Possess/purchase for sale narcotic/controlled substance (2 counts); Possess controlled substance for sale.
At 2:42 p.m., the California Highway Patrol arrested Brian Dean Hartje, 52, on Northcrest. Charges: Viol crt ord dom violence; Unlawful to drive unless licensed.
At 9:08 p.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Matthew Dale Marceau, 34, on General Delivery. Charges: Violation parole: misdemeanor.
