At 10:27 a.m., the California Highway Patrol arrested Brent Daniel Morrison, 36, on Elk Valley. Charges: Bench warrant/failure to appear on felony charge; PRCS violation.
At 1:22 p.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Ricky Dean Nelson, 48. Charges: Disorderly conduct: intox drug with alcohol.
At 11 p.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Kaylin Leann Luna, 32, on M Street. Charges: Bench warrant/failure to appear on misdemeanor charge; Possess controlled substance; Shoplifting. Bail was set at $15,000.
