Drone Video: Truck accident on U.S. 199

California Highway Patrol (CHP) officers and Caltrans personnel assist at the scene of a semi-truck that went off the road and struck a tree Monday on U.S. Highway 199 just east Gasquet.

CHP public information officer Brandy Gonzalas said there were no injuries in the one-vehicle accident. She said officers are investigating the reason the truck, which did not have a load at the time, went off the road.
