Wonder Stump Road meeting is Dec. 12

Residents who want to learn more about Wonder Stump Road can attend the first community meeting of the Wonder Stump Road Community and Stakeholder Engagement Project on Dec. 12, from 4:30-6 p.m., at 255 W. Washington Blvd.

Wonder Stump Road runs on a line near the northern boundary of Crescent City. Nearby residents are increasingly worried that Del Norte County officials will proceed with unnecessarily widening the road.

County officials have assured those residents that no such plans have been prepared.
