Mill Creek Horse Trail closed

Mill Creek Horse Trail is closed through Dec. 19 while trail improvements are being made, according to officials of the Redwood National and State Parks.  

The portion of the trail from the Bertsch Avenue trailhead to Rellim Ridge Trail, and all of Rellim Ridge Trail, will remain open to equestrians and hikers. All other potions of Mill Creek Horse Trail will remain closed.  

The Mill Creek Watershed Day Use Area also is closed during major road and bridge repair work.
