Excerpts from the call logs of the Del Norte County Sheriff’s Department:
Sunday, Sept. 29:
At 10:40 p.m., caller reported he allowed a subject to test ride a motorcycle he was considering selling and the subject has not returned to the 1200 block of Stanton Avenue.
At 10:03 p.m., caller requested law enforcement on the 600 block of Macken Avenue; he did not give details, but a loud verbal fight could be heard in the background.
At 9:25 p.m., caller requested a trespassing violation be issued to a female subject who is no longer allowed on property on the 900 block of East Washington Boulevard.
At 9:07 p.m., caller reported his girlfriend had locked him out of his home on the 100 block of Elk Valley Road.
At 8:33 p.m., a non-injury two-vehicle accident on the 15500 block of U.S. Highway 101.
At 8:29 p.m., caller reported his security camera picked up a possible prowler on his property on the 200 block of Coolidge Avenue.
At 8:00 p.m., caller reported he was on the 2400 block of Elk Valley road transporting his father to Sutter Hospital because his father was having difficulty breathing.
At 7:12 p.m., caller reported he still had not heard anything from his son who left the house on the 1700 block of Northcrest Drive yesterday after making psychologically unstable statements.
At 6:57 p.m., caller reported a known male subject stole some items from the 900 block of East Washington Boulevard and ran off.
At 6:47 p.m., caller reported her husband has been threatening her and another subject, and her son no longer feels safe at home with the husband.
At 6:43 p.m., caller reported they caught two people attempting to jump their back fence on the 2700 block of Alder Road but able to scare them off.
At 4:50 p.m., caller reported his boat was taken on the 18100 block of U.S. Highway 101 in Klamath.
At 4:46 p.m., caller requested an officer check the 200 block of U.S. Highway 101, as she had been followed by someone there.
At 4:33 p.m., caller reported they had a shoplifter detained on the 900 block of East Washington Boulevard.
At 4:26 p.m., caller reported she had not had contact with a friend in the last 24 hours who was supposed to be driving to Smith River.
At 3:00 p.m., caller requested removal of a male subject yelling and lifting the newspaper stand on the 800 block of U.S. Highway 101.
At 2:26 p.m., caller reported smoke on the corner of 3rd and A streets.
At 2:22 p.m., vehicle accident with unknown injuries near the one-mile marker on U.S. Highway 199.
At 1:11 p.m., caller reported a male and female arguing and maybe physically fighting on the 800 block of 7th Street.
At 12:46 p.m., caller requested a welfare check on a female sitting on the lawn crying on the 800 block of East Washington Boulevard.
Monday, Sept. 30:
At 10:22 a.m., caller reported his rental property broken into and several tools stolen on the 1000 block of Child’s Avenue.
At 10:04 a.m., caller reported he was threatened by a known male on the 700 block of Lake Street.
At 10:01 a.m., caller reported a verbal fight outside the courthouse on the 400 block of H Street
At 9:54 a.m., subject said he believed unknown male subject flashed a taser at him on the 100 block of 3rd Street.
At 9:51 a.m., caller requested a welfare check on an RV that was camping overnight on the 1100 block of 3rd Street.
At 9:32 a.m., caller reported finding a bullet hole in the window on the 1100 block of 9th Street.
At 8:12 a.m., caller reported a male subject walking around exposing himself on the corner of Front Street and U.S. Highway 101.
At 6:55 a.m., caller reported a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot on the 800 block of Northcrest Drive. It appeared a male subject was smoking something inside the vehicle.
At 5:07 a.m., caller requested removal of a male transient who had been refusing to leave the property on the 400 block of M Street.
At 2:32 a.m., caller requested removal of a vehicle parked in the wrong direction and camping on the side of the road at the corner of Lauff Avenue and Pebble Beach Drive.
At 1:52 a.m., California Highway Patrol requested assistance contacting a subject walking in the roadway on the corner of East Washington Boulevard and U.S. Highway 101.
At 12:39 a.m., caller reported a prowler on his property on the 100 block of Nadine Lane.
At 12:21 a.m., caller requested removal of vehicles attempting to camp overnight in the Walmart parking lot on the 900 block of East Washington Boulevard.
