Criminal Convictions: October 28-November 3

• Roman Xavier Cromwell, 30, of Crescent City, was convicted of attempted furnishing of a controlled substance and was sentenced to one year in jail and a fine of $370.

• Dakota Michael Farra, 27, of Crescent City, was convicted of theft, unlawful driving of vehicle and was sentenced to 16 months in jail and a fine of $370. In a second case, Farra was convicted of violating probation and was sentenced to 180 days in jail and a fine of $150.

• Juan Michael Flores, 34, of Brookings, Oregon, was convicted of violating probation and was sentenced to eight days in jail.

• Laticia Marie Glaspey, 55, of Crescent City, was convicted of keep place to sell controlled substance and was sentenced to two years of probation, one day in jail and a fine of $1,190.

• Gabriel David Gomez, 27, transient, was convicted of assault by means of force likely to case great bodily injury and was sentenced to two years in prison and a fine of $370.

• Revis Walter Hultquist, 35, of Rogue River, Oregon, was convicted of possession of narcotic controlled substance and was sentenced to three years in jail (local prison) and a fine of $370.

Cody Miles, 22, of Crescent City, was convicted of theft/unlawful driving of vehicle and battery on spouse/cohabitant and was sentenced to 16 months in jail (local prison) and a fine of $1,140.

• Toni Rae Peters, 53, of Klamath, was convicted of elder/defendant adult abuse and cruelty to child by endangering health and was sentenced to four years of probation, 32 days in jail and a fine of $370.

• Misteny Georgina Weber, 52, of Brookings, Oregon, was convicted of wet/reckless driving and was sentenced to one year of probation, one day in jail and a fine of $833.

• Caleb Hunter White, 34, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating a domestic violence order and was sentenced to 90 days in jail and a fine of $920. In three separate cases, White was convicted of resist/obstruct/delay officer, criminal failure to appear and theft/larceny and was sentenced to 90 days in jail and fines of $1,210.
