February 28 through March 10

Shania Lee Bigsby,     25, of    Smith River, was convicted of driving without a license and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $634.

Tina Marie Brown, 50, of Clovis, was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Chaz Daniel Cannoy, 32, of Crescent City, was convicted of battery on spouse/cohabitant and was sentenced to three years of probation, 12 days in jail and a fine of $920.

Trina Marie Carroll, 46, of Crescent City, was convicted in six seperate cases of vandalism, battery and petty theft, vandalism, criminal failure to appear in court, failure to appear for court and public intoxication and was sentenced to one year of probation, 60 days in jail and fines of $1,950.

David Andrew Childs, 45, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., was convicted of DUI with greater than .15 blood alcohol and was sentenced to three years of probation, four days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Randall Allen Diehl, 52, of    Crescent City, was convicted of inflicting corporal injury on spouse and was sentence to two years in prison and a fine of $370.

Royal Irwin Eldredge, 56, of Smith River, was convicted of drviing without a license and was sentenced to one year of probation, five days in jail and a fine of $634. In a second case, he was convicted again of driving without a license and recieved the sampe sentence.

William Robert Hickock Engle, 46, of Crescent City, was convicted of vandalism, defacement, damage/destruction and was sentenced to two     years of probation, 85 days in jail and a fine of $370. In a second case, he was convicted of vandaism with property damage and was sentenced to two years probation, 89 days in jail and a fine of $370.

Ann Marie Herber, 41, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Rameses Ulysses Hernandez, 36, of Crescent City, was convicted of assault on person with firearm an dissuading a witness from presecuting and was sentenced to two years in prison and a fine of  $370.

Giovanna Lynn Jost    , 59, of Crescent City, was convicted in two cases of driving on suspended license and driving on suspended license with prior and was sentenced to one year of probation, 10 days in jail and fines of $2,969.

Marc Loren Kolstad, 58, of    Crescent City, was convicted of DUI with greater than .15 blood alcohol and was sentence to three years of probation, four days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Dakota Michael Mattz, 25, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI with greater than .15 bloodalcohol and hit and run with property damage and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,934.

Alan Osvaldo NavarroMoreno, 23, of Redding, was convicted of DUI with prioer, possession of a dangerous substance and dissuading a witness and was sentenced to three years of probation, 180 days in jail and a fine of $3,818.

Dulce Guadalupe, 22, of Grants Pass, Oregon, was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Lee Curtis Sanders, 34. of    Crescent City, was convicted of battery on spouse/cohabitant and was sentenced to four years of probation, 45 days in jail and a fine of $3,372. In a second case, he was convicted of violating probation and was sentenced to 40 days in jail.
