Wednesday, Oct. 7

At 3:21 a.m., caller reported a disturbance on the 600 block of Glenn Street near Crescent City. Officers were unable to locate the subject.

At 6:03 a.m., caller reported an assault on the 3100 block of Lake Earl Drive in Crescent City. Officers were unable to locate the subject.

At 8:03 a.m., caller reported a suspicious subject on the 200 block of East Cooper Avenue in Crescent City. The call was referred to another agency.

At 9:16 a.m., caller reported a disturbance at Walmart on the 900 block of East Washington Boulevard near Crescent City. An arrest was made.

At 9:32 a.m., caller reported illegal camping on the 1800 block of Northcrest Drive near Crescent City. Officers were unable to make contact.

At 10:02 a.m., caller reported a suspicious vehicle at West Cooper Avenue and Meridian Street near Crescent City. The parties were advised.

At 10:17 a.m., caller reported harassment on the 1000 block of Scenic Creek Drive near Crescent City.

At 1:34 p.m., caller reported a theft on the 600 block of Butte Street in Crescent City.

At 2:09 p.m., caller reported suspicious circumstances on the 3100 block of Lake Earl Drive in Fort Dick. Everything checked out.

At 2:40 p.m., caller reported trespassing on the 13100 block of South Indian Road in Smith River. Civil advice was given.

At 3:48 p.m., officers made a traffic stop at Pacific Avenue and Meridian Street in Crescent City. A warning was given.

At 3:50 p.m., caller reported threats on the 12500 block of South Indian Road in Smith River. Civil advice was given.

At 5:24 p.m., caller reported a disturbance on the 100 block of Coastal Vw in Smith River. Everything checked out.

At 6:45 p.m., caller requested the removal of a subject at Les Schwab Tire Center on the 1100 block of Northcrest Drive in Crescent City. A citation was issued.

At 8:06 p.m., officers made a traffic stop at State Street and Olive Street near Crescent City. A warning was given.

At 8:25 p.m., caller reported a traffic incident at Harrold Street and East Washington Boulevard near Crescent City.

At 8:52 p.m., officers made a traffic stop at Chevron South / Aztec Grill / Redwood Ma on the 300 block of U.S. Highway 101 near Crescent City. A warning was given.

At 10:02 p.m., caller reported a domestic disturbance at Harrold Street and East Hoover Avenue near Crescent City.

At 10:25 p.m., caller reported a domestic disturbance on the 300 block of Buzzini Road near Crescent City. Officers were unable to make contact.

At 10:50 p.m., caller reported a disturbance on the 1900 block of Northcrest Drive near Crescent City.

Arrests

At 12:43 a.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office arrested Glenda Azucena Garcia, 47, on Florence Keller. Charges: Battery: spouse/ex spouse/date/etc - Simple.

At 10:05 a.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office arrested Trustin Hiter, 21, on Scenic Creek Drive. Charges: Driving when privileges suspended/revoked, other than DUI.

At 10:54 p.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Shane Thomas Hunsucker, 54. Charges: Possess controlled substance; Possess controlled substance for sale; Transport/etc controlled substance; PRCS violation; Destroy/conceal evidence; Obstruct/resist/etc public/peace officer/emergency med tech - Simple; Possess unlawful paraphernalia.
