At 2:44 a.m., officers checked on a pedestrian at Sarina Road and U.S. Highway 101 in Smith River. Everything checked out.
At 3:15 a.m., officers stopped a bicyclist at Bess Maxwell School on the 1100 block of El Dorado Street in Crescent City. A warning was given.
At 3:28 a.m., caller requested the removal of a subject at Elk Valley Casino on the 2000 block of Elk Ranch Road near Crescent City. No action was taken.
At 5:58 a.m., caller reported a burglary at Hambros Forest Products on the 400 block of Elk Valley Road in Crescent City. A trespass warning was issued.
At 8:19 a.m., caller requested the removal of a subject at Affordable Tow and Auto Care on the 1100 block of Burtschell Street near Crescent City.
At 8:27 a.m., caller reported suspicious circumstances on the 1300 block of Gasquet Flat Road in Gasquet.
At 10:31 a.m., caller reported harassment on the 100 block of Harbor View Drive near Crescent City.
At 11:53 a.m., caller reported a theft at Four Square Church on the 100 block of Butte Street near Crescent City.
At 12:45 p.m., caller reported a disturbance on the 200 block of North Haight Avenue in Smith River. Everything checked out.
At 1:14 p.m., caller reported a disturbance on the 200 block of North Haight Avenue in Smith River. Civil advice was given.
At 2:25 p.m., caller reported a disturbance on the 13100 block of South Indian Road in Smith River. Officers were unable to make contact.
At 8:02 p.m., caller requested the removal of a subject at Sutter Coast Hospital on the 800 block of East Washington Boulevard near Crescent City. Everything checked out.
At 9:03 p.m., caller reported trespassing on the 5400 block of South Bank Road near Crescent City. Civil advice was given.
At 11:49 p.m., officers checked on a pedestrian at East Washington Boulevard and Northcrest Drive near Crescent City. The subject was moved along.
Arrests
At 2:15 a.m., the California Highway Patrol arrested Sandra Jane Sullivan, 25, at U.S. Highway 101 and Gilbert Way. Charges: DUI alcohol/0.08 percent; DUI alcohol.
At 2 p.m., the National Park Service arrested Steven Nielsen, 45. Charges: Driving while license supspended for DUI (2 counts); Failure to appear: written promise; Possess narcotic controlled substance; Possess controlled substance. Bail was set at $2,500.
At 7 p.m., Daniel Ray Gavin, 40 was booked into jail by order of Del Norte County Superior Court. Charges: Probation violation: rearrest/revoke.
At 7:47 p.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Wayne Marsh, 46, on 5th Street. Charges: Obstruct/resist exec ofcr - All other offenses (2 counts); Obstruct/resist/etc public/peace officer/emergency med tech - Simple; Disorderly conduct: alcohol.
At 9:55 p.m., the California Highway Patrol arrested Jacob Carpenter, 37, on U.S. Highway 101. Charges: DUI alcohol/0.08 percent; DUI alcohol.
At 11:30 p.m., the California Highway Patrol arrested Scott Monett, 55, on U.S. Highway 101 Wilson Creek. Charges: DUI alcohol/0.08 percent; DUI alcohol.
