Excerpts from the call logs and jail bookings of Del Norte County law-enforcement agencies:

Thursday, Oct. 15

At 1:32 a.m., officers checked on a pedestrian at Ship Ashore Resort Main Office on the 12400 block of U.S. Highway 101 in Smith River. Everything checked out.

At 3:30 a.m., officers made a traffic stop at Patriot Gas Station on the 1500 block of Northcrest Drive in Crescent City. An arrest was made.

At 11:19 a.m., caller reported an assault at Las Palmas Mobile Home Park on the 1700 block of Northcrest Drive in Crescent City. Officers were unable to make contact.

At 12:26 p.m., officers checked on a pedestrian at Barker Street and State Street near Crescent City. The subject was moved along.

At 1:25 p.m., caller reported a possible gunshot, firework or explosion on the 1200 block of Beech Street in Crescent City. Everything checked out.

At 5:10 p.m., caller reported vandalism on the 2500 block of Old Mill Road near Crescent City. The report was unfounded.

At 5:46 p.m., officers made a traffic stop at Gasquet Market on the 10300 block of Highway 199 in Gasquet. A citation was issued.

At 10:05 p.m., caller reported a disturbance on Mouth Of Smith River Road in Smith River. Officers were unable to locate the subject.

Arrests

At 12:15 a.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Billy Harrison Gragg, 37, on U.S. Highway 101. Charges: PRCS violation; Possess controlled substance; Possess unlawful paraphernalia.

At 3:35 a.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office arrested Cierra Sage Allman, 34, at Northcrest and Washington. Charges: Probation violation: rearrest/revoke; Bench warrant/failure to appear on felony charge.

At 6:46 p.m., the California Highway Patrol arrested Rhett Howerton, 56, in the 100 block of S/B S Of Northcrest. Charges: Possess controlled substance; Possess unlawful paraphernalia; DUI any drug; Unlawful to drive unless licensed.

At 6:53 p.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office arrested Sergei Constantine Burak, 49, in the 200 block of Waldo. Charges: Possess narcotic controlled substance; Forge/alter vehicle registration/etc; DUI any drug; Bench warrant/failure to appear on misdemeanor charge. Bail was set at $30,000.
