Sunday, Oct. 18

At 2:23 p.m., caller reported illegal camping on the 1600 block of Northcrest Drive near Crescent City. The subject was moved along.

At 2:44 p.m., caller reported a disturbance on the 1000 block of Elk Ranch Road near Crescent City. Officers were unable to locate the subject.

At 3:04 p.m., caller reported trespassing at Madrone Mobile Home Park on the 2500 block of Highway 199 in Hiouchi. The call was referred to another agency.

At 4:22 p.m., officers checked on a vehicle at Church Tree Road and Elk Valley Road near Crescent City. The call was referred to another agency.

At 5:52 p.m., caller reported a domestic disturbance on the 14800 block of Ocean View Drive in Smith River. Civil advice was given.

At 6:28 p.m., caller reported a disturbance on the 1100 block of Douglas Street in Crescent City. An arrest was made.

At 10:06 p.m., caller reported suspicious circumstances at Crescent Elk Middle School on the 900 block of G Street in Crescent City. Everything checked out.

At 10:46 p.m., officers checked on a vehicle at Elk Valley Road and Michigan Avenue near Crescent City. Everything checked out.

At 11:10 p.m., officers made a traffic stop at Koa Campground on the 4200 block of U.S. Highway 101 in Crescent City. A warning was given.

Arrests

At 1:20 a.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Christopher Domingo Abaya, 38. Charges: Grand theft - All other larceny; Theft by use of access card information - Credit card/atm; Theft of prop after prior - Shoplifting; Poss id of 10+ persn dfrd - False pretenses/swindle/confidence game.

At 4:10 a.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office arrested Primo Steve Bonilla Iv, 41. Charges: Bench warrant/failure to appear on misdemeanor charge (2 counts); Fail to appear after written promise; Possess unlawful paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000.

At 7:03 p.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office arrested Lynn James Bourgeois, 56, on Northcrest Drive. Charges: Disorderly conduct: alcohol.

At 7:15 p.m., the California Highway Patrol arrested Micah Cameron Evans, 34. Charges: DUI alcohol/0.08 percent; DUI - 3rd conviction with 10 years (2 counts); DUI alcohol; Refusal to submit to chem test (2 counts).

At 9:12 p.m., the California Highway Patrol arrested Devin Cundall, 25, on Fortdick Market. Charges: DUI alcohol/0.08 percent; DUI alcohol.
