Wednesday, Oct. 21

At 2:03 a.m., caller reported a verbal disturbance at State Street and Humboldt Road near Crescent City. Officers were unable to locate the subject.

At 7:29 a.m., caller reported fraud on the 2700 block of Nickel Avenue near Crescent City. Civil advice was given.

At 10:08 a.m., caller reported suspicious circumstances on the 1900 block of Northcrest Drive near Crescent City. The call was referred to another agency.

At 10:45 a.m., caller reported a theft at Temple Street and State Street near Crescent City.

At 11:55 a.m., caller reported fraud on the 1800 block of Northcrest Drive near Crescent City. Officers were unable to make contact.

At 5:21 p.m., caller reported an assault on the 1700 block of Northcrest Drive near Crescent City. Civil advice was given.

At 6:53 p.m., officers made a traffic stop on the 2300 block of Howland Hill Road near Crescent City. A warning was given.

At 7:33 p.m., officers made a traffic stop at Del Norte County Fairgrounds on the 400 block of U.S. Highway 101 in Crescent City. The subject was moved along.

At 9:47 p.m., officers stopped a bicyclist at Safeway Market on the 400 block of M Street in Crescent City. A warning was given.

Arrests

At 4:36 a.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Emanuel Antanee Freeman, 32, in the 2400 block of Kelly Street. Charges: Possess narcotic controlled substance; PRCS violation; Destroy/conceal evidence; Possess unlawful paraphernalia.

At 8:05 a.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Matthew Anthony Taylor, 41. Charges: Petty theft w/2 or more priors - Shoplifting; Shoplifting.

At 8:42 a.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office arrested Stephanie Say, 29. Charges: Driving under influence 0.08% w/prior convictns: per 23550 VC; Driving under influence with prior convictions per 23550 VC.

At 3:13 p.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office arrested Taaron Lee Campbell, 30, on Dnso Lobby. Charges: Bench warrant/failure to appear on misdemeanor charge. Bail was set at $5,000.

At 4:20 p.m., the California Department of Fish and Wildlife arrested Ronald Allen Leishman, 69. Charges: Probation violation: rearrest/revoke (2 counts); Fail to appear after written promise.

At 9:40 p.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Michael Layton Mather, 49, on Shell Station. Charges: Disorderly conduct: intox drug with alcohol.
