Excerpts from the call logs and jail bookings of Del Norte County law-enforcement agencies:

Monday, Nov. 2

At 3:28 a.m., caller reported a verbal disturbance on the 1800 block of Northcrest Drive near Crescent City. It was quiet when officers arrived.

At 4:31 a.m., caller reported a verbal disturbance on the 1800 block of Northcrest Drive near Crescent City. A report was taken.

At 8:13 a.m., caller reported illegal camping on the 1400 block of Northcrest Drive near Crescent City. Officers assisted.

At 1:11 p.m., caller reported a disturbance at Patriot Gas Station on the 1500 block of Northcrest Drive in Crescent City. Everything checked out.

At 1:30 p.m., caller reported suspicious circumstances on the 100 block of Rio Drive in Fort Dick. Everything checked out.

At 2:11 p.m., caller reported suspicious circumstances at Castle Rock Charter School on the 1200 block of Glenn Street near Crescent City.

At 2:50 p.m., caller reported suspicious circumstances on the 1400 block of Inyo Street near Crescent City. No action was taken.

Arrests

At 3:24 a.m., Steven Robert Cooke, 42 was arrested.

At 11:45 a.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Anthony Lawrence Michael, 37. Charges: Bench warrant/failure to appear on misdemeanor charge (2 counts); Shoplifting; Probation violation: rearrest/revoke. Bail was set at $7,500.

At 4:05 p.m., Eric Mitchell Carrizales, 31 was arrested.

At 8:24 p.m., Kraig Robert Phillips, 28 was booked into jail by order of Del Norte County Superior Court. Charges: Carry loaded firearm in public under specific circumstances; Carry concealed weapon in vehicle; Driving when privileges suspended/revoked, other than DUI.

At 10 p.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office arrested Zachariah Levi Dungan, 44, on Calaveras Street. Charges: Obstruct/resist/etc public/peace officer/emergency med tech - Simple; Disorderly conduct: intox drug with alcohol.
