Wednesday, Nov. 4

At 4:44 a.m., officers stopped a bicyclist at Joe's Chevron on the 900 block of U.S. Highway 101 in Crescent City. An arrest was made.

At 9:27 a.m., caller reported a burglary on the 500 block of East Harding Avenue in Crescent City.

At 10:56 a.m., caller reported vandalism on the 300 block of East Jefferson Street in Crescent City. A report was taken.

At 11:02 a.m., officers made a traffic stop at Jtc Automotive Performance on the 300 block of East Adams Avenue near Crescent City. The caller was helped.

At 1:56 p.m., caller reported a theft on the 100 block of Waldo Street in Crescent City. Officers were unable to make contact.

At 3:04 p.m., caller reported suspicious circumstances at Mary Peacock School on the 1700 block of Arlington Drive near Crescent City. Everything checked out.

At 3:13 p.m., caller reported a disturbance at Lucky 7 Fuel Mart on the 13400 block of U.S. Highway 101 in Smith River. Officers assisted.

At 10:33 p.m., caller reported a possible physical fight on the 4600 block of Kings Valley Road near Crescent City.

Arrests

At 4:45 a.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Shaka Lumumba-enos Brown, 55. Charges: Stalking.

At 7:20 a.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Billy Harrison Gragg, 37. Charges: PRCS violation; Carry concealed dirk or dagger.

At 3:27 p.m., the Yurok Tribal Police arrested Darren Paul Douglass, 60, on Highway 101 Mpm 7.69. Charges: Felon/addict/possess/etc firearm; Carry loaded firearm in public under specific circumstances; Disorderly conduct: intox drug with alcohol - Disorderly conduct.

At 4:25 p.m., the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office arrested Jessica Eberhart, 40, on Lucky Seven. Charges: Disorderly conduct: alcohol.

At 8:36 p.m., the Crescent City Police Department arrested Michael Layton Mather, 49. Charges: Disorderly conduct: toluene.
